This is a coaching intensive, not a workshop.
Most of the challenges we face don't come from the situation itself, but from how we interpret it. Your brain creates thoughts automatically, predictions, worries, old beliefs, and some of those thoughts keep you stuck in anxiety, self-doubt, and overwhelm.
While we can't control our thoughts, we can manage how we handle and respond to them.
This 2-hour coaching intensive teaches you how to recognize the thought patterns that aren't serving you and reframe them into something more accurate, balanced, and helpful.
What We'll Cover:
The Mental Marketplace
Imagine your mind as a marketplace where different "thought vendors" compete for your attention. Some sell worries. Some sell old fears. Some sell encouragement. You'll learn which vendors you're buying from most often—and how to choose which ones deserve your attention.
The Cognitive Triangle
How thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence each other in a continuous loop—and where you can intervene to shift the entire pattern.
Cognitive Distortions
The thinking shortcuts your brain uses that feel true but aren't accurate: catastrophizing, mind-reading, all-or-nothing thinking, and more. You'll learn to spot them in real time.
Reframing Tools
Practical CBT techniques like thought records and cognitive reframing that help you step back from distorted thinking and respond with clarity instead of reactivity.
Live Coaching Demonstration
