AI can be remarkable. It listens without judgment, responds instantly, and can genuinely help you think, process, and grow.

It can also be risky, not in a sci-fi way, but in how it quietly shapes how you think, how you feel, and how much you trust yourself. Most people using AI right now, including for mental health support, have no idea which one they're getting at any given moment.

This workshop will help you tell the difference. We'll look at what the research actually shows about AI's risks, a simple framework for getting the real benefits without losing yourself in the process, and how to stay grounded and clear-headed no matter which side of AI you're facing.

Whether you use AI every day or you're still not sure what the fuss is about, if you want to learn how to use it more effectively for your benefit, this workshop is for you.

I'm Jeremy, a Chief Technology Officer and therapist who now runs a mental health education platform and a tech consulting company. That combination means I teach AI differently. I understand the human side, how people get stuck, resist change, make decisions, and the technical side, what AI can actually do, where it fails, and how to protect yourself.
