Running a business solo or with a small team means wearing every hat: strategy, sales, operations, marketing. It's exhausting, and most days there's no one to think it through with.

AI can be that strategic thinking partner, but only if you know how to use it well. Most people treat it like a fancy search engine or a glorified assistant, but it's capable of so much more than that.

I'm Jeremy, a Chief Technology Officer and therapist who now runs a mental health education platform and a tech consulting company. That combination means I teach AI differently. I understand the human side, how people get stuck, resist change, make decisions, and the technical side, what AI can actually do, where it fails, and how to protect yourself.

In this workshop, you'll learn, with a live demo for each:

  • AI safety and literacy: the real risks, bad advice stated confidently, over-reliance, data privacy, and how to spot them before they cost you
  • How to give AI clear instructions so it actually does what you want, instead of guessing
  • How to teach it your tone and writing style, so what it produces sounds like you, not like a template
  • How to use Projects to turn all of this into something persistent you build on, not a one-off chat

Whether you're curious, skeptical, or already using AI daily, you'll leave with a roadmap for using AI to grow your business.

I'll be using Claude for this workshop, but the lessons will apply to ChatGPT and Gemini as well.
