Monday, March 14, 2016 Highlight Our Tech Presentations:

  1. Kris Hardy - Bluetooth Low Energy, APRS, Telemetry, and some thoughts on
    the allure of hardware. Kris is an embedded systems engineer with
    experience developing software, firmware and/or hardware for Sandia
    National Labs, DoD, FBI, DHS, DoJ, and RH Systems. He is now developing
    innovative hardware and software products for clients as the President
    and Principal Systems Architect of Albuquerque Software
    (http://ww.abqsoft.com (http://ww.abqsoft.com/)). He has a BS in Biochemistry from the US Air
    Force Academy, is currently pursuing a Master in Computer Science with a
    specialty in Computational Perception and Robotics at Georgia Tech, and
    is passionate about making things click, whir, move, interact with the
    real world, and (only occasionally, he swears) self-destruct."

What to expect during this meeting :

  1. Job announcements and individuals that are available : Seated spots (5 minutes) - 10 second announcements around the room with no microphone. (5 minutes total).

  2. Highlight Our Tech Presentations: Highlight Individual Technical Work. Up to three casual presentations (up to three 10 minute segments - 30 minutes total)

a. Must be a technical based product, service, or hobby/interest. Business, Startup, or individual.

b. Prefer Built in NM Technology.

c. Must be highlighting individuals technical ability or a companies tech ability.

  1. Feature Presentation. (15 minutes)

e.g. Contractor Business, Trademark, Funding, VC individuals, Professors that have a Technical topic to help those in the Tech field, Co-Work space, State and City Announcements, Legal .

  1. Announcements (10 minutes) - Bring you and your announcements down to the podium and announce future meetings, tech related events, startup community related events, etc.

  2. Closing announcements, next meeting info, and a request for social network recommendations.
