WOMEN'S SELF-DEFENSE WEDNESDAYS

This class has Open Enrollment - you can register and start anytime.
We recommend a minimum of 8 - 12 weeks of training for basic level competency in self-defense and survival.

Our self defense program is unique. It's designed specifically for a smaller person overcoming a much bigger and stronger opponent. We don't rely on strength, because this won't work. Instead we rely on technique, speed, leverage, and intelligence.

Your training will focus on 5 Areas:

  1. Overcoming Fear and Intimidation - Emotional Control
  2. Overcoming a Bigger, Stronger and Fully Resisting Attacker - Your attacker will resist your efforts to stop him - how do you deal with this? We show you how.
  3. Technical Development - Learn high-percentage techniques that work for women in a real fight.
  4. Muscle Memory Drills - Learn effective drills that will boost your REFLEXES and SPEED, which you will need to have.
  5. Stopping Rape/Sexual Assault - Learn a unique system that STOPS rape/sexual assault immediately, guaranteed.

This class is made for teenagers, college students, working women, mothers, and every woman in between. Come and join us!
