全球出現大量霸凌案例,其中許多發生在學校,影響到我們的孩子。部分學生更因害怕霸凌而缺席上課,因此我們Tough Minds Self Defense推出為期4週的<抗霸凌課程>,旨在灌輸孩子們堅定的自信,使他們能夠在不使用暴力的情況下面對霸凌者。
我們將教育孩子使用自信態度來阻止霸凌者,並教授他們非暴力的自衛技巧,以確保他們在面對身體攻擊時能夠保持安全。需要注意的是,我們不提倡出拳或踢腳,因為這些行為通常會帶來更多傷害而不是好處。相反,我們強調使用槓桿式的控制技巧,在不使用暴力的情況下消除威脅。
總的來說,我們的目標是讓您的孩子能夠在不延續暴力循環的情況下抵抗霸凌者。
<抗霸凌課程>採取了三管齊下的方法幫助孩子應對霸凌:
1. 增強意識:霸凌有多種形式,有時受害者因難以區分“開玩笑”和“霸凌”而未能採取行動。我們教育孩子區分無害遊戲和有害騷擾,使他們在不同情況下作出適當應對。
2. 堅定自信:有自信的孩子不易受霸凌。霸凌者會選擇“容易”的目標 — 那些能夠容忍虐待的人。我們教導孩子如何對抗身體、口頭和心理上的騷擾,提升他們的自信,令霸凌者不會嘗試對他們施加騷擾。
3. 全面責任:在整個課程中,我們強調紀律、責任和尊重,並教導四個“抗霸法則”以確保他們不濫用自己的力量。
抗霸法則:
這四條法則在課堂上經常練習,以確保孩子既不濫用自己的力量,同時不在被霸凌時猶豫不決。
法則1:如果遭受口頭攻擊,請遵循三個“T步驟”(談話Talk、告訴Tell、應對Tackle)
法則2:儘量避免衝突,但如果遭受身體攻擊,必需自衛
法則3:永遠不要出拳或腳踢霸凌者,嘗試控制並進行協商
法則4:在應用控制技術時,使用最小力量
雖然我們在<抗霸凌課程>中討論了抗霸法則,但我們強烈建議在家中討論這些法則,以向您的孩子保證,他們站出來抗霸凌時得到您的支持。

With a rise in bullying cases worldwide, many of which occur in schools, impacting our children, some students even skip classes due to fear of bullying. Therefore, Tough Minds Self Defense is introducing a 4-week BullyProof Program aimed at instilling unwavering confidence in children, enabling them to confront bullies without resorting to violence.
We will educate children on using a confident attitude to deter bullies and teach them non-violent self-defense techniques to ensure their safety when facing physical aggression. It's important to note that we do not advocate punching or kicking as these actions often lead to more harm than good. Instead, we emphasize leveraging control techniques to neutralize threats without resorting to violence.
In essence, our goal is to empower your children to resist bullies without perpetuating the cycle of violence.
The BullyProof Program adopts a three-pronged approach to help children deal with bullying:
- Heightened Awareness: Bullying takes various forms, and sometimes victims struggle to differentiate between "joking around" and "bullying," hindering their ability to take action. We educate children on distinguishing harmless play from harmful harassment, enabling them to respond appropriately in different scenarios.
- Unwavering Confidence: Confident children are less susceptible to bullying. Bullies target those who are "easy" — those who tolerate abuse. We teach children how to combat physical, verbal, and psychological harassment, boosting their confidence so that bullies are deterred from harassing them.
- Full Accountability: Throughout the course, we emphasize discipline, responsibility, and respect, teaching the four "Anti-Bullying Rules" to ensure they do not misuse their power.
Anti-Bullying Rules:
These four rules are practiced regularly in class to ensure that children neither abuse their power nor hesitate when faced with bullying.
Rule 1: When faced with verbal attacks, follow the three "T steps" (Talk, Tell, Tackle)
Rule 2: Avoid conflicts whenever possible, but defend yourself if facing physical aggression
Rule 3: Never punch or kick bullies; attempt to control and negotiate
Rule 4: Use minimal force when applying control techniques
While we discuss the Anti-Bullying Rules, we strongly recommend discussing these rules at home to assure your children that they have your support when standing up against bullying.
