Join us for a day of intensive Zen practice with optional koan interviews. A 1-day retreat is good opportunity to strengthen your practice and will serve as preparation for weekend retreats to be offered next year.

Lunch is provided.Beginners welcome. Wear loose-fitting, comfortable clothes.

We practice in the 2nd floor meditation hall. Enter the building through parking lot entrance. Go upstairs. Leave shoes on landing. No fees, but we welcome donations to help support the temple. There's a donation box in the meditation hall.
