We’ll be wrapping up our weekend retreat, but feel free to join us. Might be challenging for beginners, but experienced practitioners welcome.

Wear loose-fitting, comfortable clothes (no short pants or crop tops please).

We practice in the 2nd floor meditation hall. Enter the building through parking lot entrance. Go upstairs. Leave shoes on landing. No fees, but we welcome donations to help support the temple. There's a donation box in the meditation hall.

Lunch follows at noon.
