CHi kUNG is an ancient system of techniques which includes, body slow movements, breathing and meditation techniques.Daily practice of these techniques will provide the practitioner a calming and restorative body connections and a mental tranquility to cope with our internal emotions and external daily activities.
This class is aimed to anyone who wants to try different kind of meditation and restore any physical condition.
Please bring confortable clothes.
