Breathwork is an incredibly powerful and transformative practice. It greatly impacted my life and I'm passionate about sharing it with others.
This type of breathing allows you to deeply connect with your inner self and access profound states of awareness.
Like many forms of meditation, it is almost a dance between the physical and the spiritual.
When we consciously connect to our breath it brings us back to our spirit, our truth. It balances our inner world by connecting the mind to the felt senses of the body.
This type of breathing is well researched, and uses techniques that support physical and emotional wellbeing.
What is Conscious Connected Breathwork?
Conscious Connected Breathwork is an active meditation technique that uses a circular, open mouth breath to slightly stimulate our sympathetic nervous system. This allows us to purge the body and nervous system of emotional buildup. It helps to facilitate detachment from the mind and thoughts, and deepens the connection to your heart.
What can I experience during a session?

Details:
A session is around 1.5 hours, and it is best to give yourself a few hours of calm time afterwards.
We begin with around 10 minutes of meditation, 40-50 minutes of activated breathing and end with a gentle meditation.
I use music to help you find a flow with your breath and explore your feelings (this is something people often tell me they love about the sessions)
It is an informed ethical practice, honoring personal boundaries as we work together.
I will support you with what needs to be explored and released.
I am certified with Integrative Breath - a science based & trauma informed program.
No prior experience is needed to join, beginners are welcome, and everything is provided for the evening,
