our guided weekly Breathwork class.
Held every Wednesday 11:30am-12:30pm and 18:30-19:30pm. Join whichever slot aligns.

A session of healing flow 🌬️where we navigate, challenge & expand our breath.

Our breath is a core function that affects so much and if correctly engaged, it can lead to an easily accessible tool for greater well-being at any moment.

In this class we utilise tools and teachings from different modalities of prana, breath and holistic wellbeing.

Session Flow:
✨Breathwork (different modalities: pranayama/vedic practice, somatic, conscious, sufi, resonant, wim hof, holotropic) - main focus
May include:
✨Meditation
✨Somatic exercises
✨ Chanting

A session ushering:
-A healthy flow of Qi
-Augmented energy, mentally and physically
-Enhanced breathing capacity
-Enchanced clarity
-Enchanced alignment
-Enchanced vital/life force energy

Open to all levels of breath practice, whether you already engage in Breathwork practices or are completely new.

Note: These sessions are online via zoom- except for one off extra sessions in person in London- any that are in person will be stated clearly.

Each session varies in its flow slightly or fully to support the current energies at play that day/week.
