I hope you're staying warm and doing well! I'm excited about my ART, SEA & SOUL Retreat/Beach Vaca/Rejuvenation Adventure to Mahahual, Mexico in March! If you are looking for a unique way to bring clarity, ease, fun and creativity to your life in 2020 - this special trip is for YOU!

Open to all levels of artists from more experienced to in between to absolute beginners. It will be high season in Mahahual and bungalows are booking, so please let me know asap if you'd like to sign up and treat yourself to a great adventure!

Part Art Retreat, Part Beach Vacation, Soul Rejuvenation &....what you'd like it to be! (designed with "non-group" people in mind too!)

• Includes r/t transport from Cancun, 6 nights lodging in Mahahual (double occupancy- ask for pricing if you'd like a private bungalow), daily art workshops (focus on painting/drawing/creativity/open), breakfast, bikes, wifi, 2 excursions - Tulum and sacred Laguna Bacalar.
• Does not include airfare, meals besides breakfast, beverages, entrance fees, souvenirs, activities, other transportation. Participants receive a short list of art supplies to bring with them with most provided on site. Travel insurance highly recommended.
• Great for adventurous, independent travelers who have traveled outside of the US before and must have a passport-

Timeline: Meet up in Cancun, the morning of March 2 to take private pre-arranged transport to Mahahual (about 4 1/2 hrs direct).
We'll stop in Tulum to see the Mayan Ruins and have a leisurely lunch at an amazing restaurant- Celti.

Recommended to arrive in Cancun the day before, March 1, 2020 and spend the night there.
Optional group dinner this evening in Cancun.

1. • Participants secure lodging in Cancun and plan to arrive by March 1st or very early March 2nd-before 8 am. I have a friend who has a lovely home in Cancun, with two guestrooms she Air bnbs if interested.
2. • Arriving in Mahahual on private transport, we check in at the gorgeous Nacional Beach Club!

*More about Mahahual:
Mahahual is a small, beautiful, fishing village located in the southern Yucatan Peninsula close to the border with Belize. The beach club where we stay has private bungalows and murals, artifacts from around the world and thoughtful, magical touches everywhere.-Lodging is included for 6 nights and is double occupancy unless you'd like to upgrade to your own bungalow. There is a restaurant on site and beach side service. Beach chairs/umbrellas provided. Small pool as well.Flip flops/barefoot is required foot gear. ;)- loads of dining options from higher end to really local casual/delicious. There are a couple of dance venues and a weekly, amazing beach dance. Massage therapists provide massages right on the beach. Yoga classes can be taken, there are snorkeling and scuba diving trips as well.

Mahahual is yet to be fully "discovered," and will be soon! So now is a great time to go!

-A delicious Breakfast is provided at the Beach Club each day.
We regroup morning of the 3rd, (and each morning ) following breakfast, to dive into plein air painting and map out the rest of the week! In part, the week will be co-created and feel free to share your suggestions and specifics you would like to explore in terms of painting, drawing, creativity.
Structured time revolves around the art workshops in the morning with afternoons/evenings open to do what you please yourself, with others, etc...One delicious planned group dinner in Mahahual, prepared by a wonderful Italian chef at his hostel! Also a day trip to the sacred Laguna Bacalar.

• Group private transport to return to Cancun the morning of the 8th of March. (of course, if you choose to stay longer or go elsewhere that is an option) and there is a Meso American Reef Day, celebrated by Mexico, Honduras, Guatemala & Belize on March 8!
