About us

Have you ever noticed certain reactions, habits, or behaviour patterns repeat automatically, even when you want something different?

Have you experienced understanding what you should do, yet feeling like something internal runs a different program?

Would it be useful to understand how those patterns form and how they can change?

Many behaviours, emotional responses, and habits are influenced by unconscious conditioning built through life experiences and repetition.

Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and hypnosis are models that explore how the brain organizes thoughts, emotions, communication, and behaviour.

These approaches focus on understanding how internal patterns are created and how they can be intentionally shifted.

Just like electrical wiring creates automatic pathways for energy to flow, the mind builds internal circuits that influence how we think, feel, and respond. Some patterns support us. Others may no longer fit where we want to go in life.

Each Meetup is interactive and experiential. Sessions include demonstrations, guided exercises, and practical tools that help participants understand and shift behavioural and emotional patterns.

Sessions may explore themes such as:
• Understanding how unconscious patterns shape behaviour, decisions, and relationships
• Learning how perception and focus influence emotional responses and experience
• Developing practical tools to shift states, habits, and internal reactions
• Exploring motivation, values, and internal conflict
• Strengthening communication, boundaries, and personal responsibility

No prior NLP or hypnosis experience is required.

Curiosity and openness are enough.

This group encourages discussion, insight sharing, questions, and participant feedback.

Many attendees gain greater awareness of their behavioural patterns, new perspectives on emotional responses, and practical tools they can apply in daily life.

Future topics often evolve based on member interests and experiences during Meetups.

All exercises are voluntary and designed to be safe, respectful, and practical.

This group focuses on education, insight, and experiential learning. It is not therapy or clinical treatment.
