How Your Mind Creates Meaning and Behaviour Patterns
Details
Have you ever reacted to a situation and later wondered why you interpreted it the way you did?
Have you noticed that two people can experience the same situation and walk away with completely different reactions or conclusions?
Would it be useful to better understand how those interpretations and behaviour patterns are created?
Every day, we take in more information than our brain can consciously process. To manage this, the mind automatically filters what we notice, decides what feels important, and assigns meaning based on past experiences and learned patterns.
These internal processes influence our emotions, communication, decisions, and behaviour, often without us realizing it.
This Meetup introduces a simple and practical way of understanding how the mind processes everyday experiences and how those filters shape the way we respond to people and situations.
During this session, participants will experience a short demonstration and guided activity that highlights how attention and perception influence what we notice and the meaning we assign to events.
The goal is to help attendees recognize how behaviour patterns can develop and how awareness of these patterns can create new choices.
This Meetup also includes time for participant discussion, insights, and questions.
No prior experience with NLP or hypnosis is required. Curiosity and openness are enough.
