Lets Meditate

Hello Everyone,

Those who braved the weather and came to the introductory Sahaja Meditation class last weekend, a big thank you ! We enjoyed conducting the session and much as I hope you enjoyed too.

We are going to try to conduct the next guided meditation live via google hangouts. This allows me (from afar Massachusetts) to have an interactive session with everyone. I am hoping you can join the event and also participate via the audio/video feed.

The meditation class consists of two small sessions of guided meditation. Would be great to be able to hear from you real time on how you feel and answer any questions you might have.
