🔥 About the Hike
The Grouse Grind is one of Vancouver’s most iconic fitness hikes — a steep uphill climb often called “Mother Nature’s Stairmaster.” The goal is to enjoy the climb, get a great workout in, and take in the mountain views at the top.
Participants are welcome to go at their own pace.
⬇️ Going Down
Participants can choose to:
• Take the Grouse Mountain Skyride gondola down (paid option, $20 online).
• Hike down via the BCMC Trail.

• Proper hiking shoes with good grip
• Plenty of water
• Snacks / electrolytes
• Weather-appropriate layers
