**Immerse yourself in the serene atmosphere of the forest while getting some fresh air and exercise. It's the perfect opportunity to unwind, surrounded by the tranquility of nature. This picturesque 4 km forest trail is easy to navigate and is suitable for most fitness levels. 🌿**

**Coquitlam's Mundy Park** is a unique, densely-forested urban woodland covering a vast expanse of 176 hectares (435 acres) and is home to a diverse range of wildlife, including black bears, deer, raccoons, ducks, geese, turtles, owls, and various other species.

**The "Perimeter Trail"** is a beautiful scenic loop that spans approximately four (4) kilometres, encircles the entire urban forest, and will bring us back to our original starting point in about an hour to an hour-and-a-half depending on our pace.

**We will meet at the park's east entrance between 12:45pm and 1:00pm, just off the parking lot off Mariner Way (specifically near the newly constructed washrooms).**

**We will start our walk at 1:00pm** and walk towards Lost Lake, where we can enjoy the lovely view and peaceful surroundings. Then, we'll venture onto the enchanting "Perimeter Trail." We walk at a comfortable yet invigorating pace.

☔️/☀️ **Weather:** A Mundy Park walk is lovely, rain or shine. Keep in mind, no matter the weather, it's always a little bit cooler in the woods.

🚘 **Parking:** I recommend arriving a few minutes early to secure a parking spot, as the parking lot tends to fill up quickly, particularly in good weather.
