Our very first gathering. Nothing fancy. No agenda. Just a walk on Putney Common with good people and honest conversation.
We'll meet outside the Windmill Museum by the car park [Wimbledon and Putney Commons / car park entrance], walk for as long as feels right, and find somewhere to sit if the weather cooperates. Which it may or may not.

This is a come-as-you-are social. No breathwork today — just meeting each other. That's enough for a first gathering.
☕ There's a lovely cafe next to the museum
If you're nervous about coming alone — so is almost everyone else. That's rather the point of this group.
