• Join a casual walk
• Or simply meet us for coffee afterwards

There’s absolutely no obligation to run, and you don’t need to know anyone beforehand. The focus is on meeting local people, having a chat, and starting the day on a positive note.

All ages and backgrounds welcome. Come on your own or with a friend we’ll make sure no one is left standing awkwardly.
