Burnout Four Walks is a walking group created for anyone who feels they may be experiencing burnout.

Burnout can come from many places—work stress, loneliness, grief, challenges at home, or simply feeling disconnected. If any of this resonates with you, this group offers a gentle space to step away and connect with others who understand.

What makes this group unique is its size: walks are limited to just 4 people. A smaller group means a calmer, more personal experience, without the overwhelm of large crowds. It’s a chance to share, listen, and have meaningful conversations while walking together in a supportive, relaxed setting.

Each walk is an opportunity to talk about your own experiences of burnout (as much or as little as you’d like), connect with others on a similar journey, and perhaps form lasting bonds. I’m also exploring options for local pick-up or transport to make joining easier.
