Welcome to SPARK: a Burnout Recovery Support Group.
This group offers a safe and supportive space for people experiencing burnout to pause, reconnect with inner strengths, and take small, practical steps toward renewal. Facilitated by Certified Solution-Focused Practitioners, each session is designed to leave you feeling grounded, encouraged, and more resilient.
Each meeting follows a gentle and consistent rhythm:

  • A brief guided visualization to help you arrive and settle
  • A group check-in to connect and share
  • Exploration of the theme of the week with solution-focused prompts
  • Time for reflection and discussion to draw out personal insights
  • A closing guided visualization to leave you calmer and supported

SPARK is here to offer connection, fresh perspectives, and small steps that can grow into lasting resilience.
