Knowing that you are heading for burnout is sometimes not as easy, as one thinks. Surviving burnout and coming out of it is a gradual process for which we, as human beings need support and encouragement.
Let's use this as a support circle to share our experiences and share our human spirit to help each other with burnout.
This is group doesn't provide medical advice, or offer any sort of treatment options. It is however a way to increase our awareness, educate ourselves for healthier ways to prevent burnout.
