About us

The goal of this group is to create a gentle, supportive space where people who are experiencing burnout — or recovering from it — can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and begin restoring their energy.

Burnout often isolates people. This group is about reminding people they’re not alone and that recovery happens best in community.

It’s not about fixing people or pushing productivity — it’s about rest, honesty, and learning healthier ways of living and working.

Who this group is for.
People who feel exhausted, overwhelmed, or disconnected from their work or life — professionals, entrepreneurs, caregivers, creatives, expats, or anyone who feels like they’ve been running too hard for too long.

It’s especially for people who are open to reflection, kindness, and real conversations rather than surface-level networking.

Our gatherings will be simple, human, and low-pressure. We’ll spend time sharing experiences, listening deeply, and exploring practical ways to recover from burnout.
This might include guided conversations, reflection exercises, gentle practices to calm the nervous system, and discussions about boundaries, rest, meaning, and sustainable ways of working and living.

Mostly though, it’s about creating a space where people can show up as they are — without needing to perform, impress, or have everything figured out.
