Welcome! My name is Saffron, I'm a yoga therapist and holistic wellness coach. I have a passion for teaching, and helping people to cultivate a healthier mind, body, and lifestyle.
What is hatha yoga?
Hatha yoga is a type of yoga that focuses on areas of strength, balance, and alignment of postures. It is a slower based practice, making it perfect for beginners looking to explore yoga.
We will cultivate peace and balance within in this gentle yoga practice. As well as build strength and balance, challenge your mind and body, and most of all, leave feeling with a renewed sense of calm and presence.
What the class will include:
- breathing exercises (pranayama)
- a sequence of flow and postures (asanas)
- 15 minutes of guided relaxation (savasana)
And a warm cup of tea ;)
What should I bring?
All props and yoga mats will be provided, just bring yourself and a bottle of water.
