Intermediate Mountain Biking in Burnaby, Coquitlam, Poco and North Vancouver: Burnaby (Burnaby Mountain), Coquitlam (Bert Flinn, Eagle Mountain), Poco (Burke Mountain), North Van (Mount Seymour, Mount Fromme).
Mountain bike routes will focus on blue runs, with some variation depending on location and group. Moderate pace and trail enjoyment is the intention, not speed. People that have not mountain biked on mountain trails before, can join, as long they have front shocks, and are reasonably fit, with some athletic ability.
