Spring Summit Walk: Mount Kaukau//Simla Cres.

Nick is off in Turkey,so this walk may tide things over - it's one based on a walk earlier in the year.
We meet at Simla crescent station car park at 6. From there, we walk up the kaukau track enjoying the skyline views. We'll be up at the top before sunset. We can take an alternative route down if we have the time, but we can be down fairly quickly if necessary.
Bring a layer incase it's windy / rainy. Sunset is at 7.50pm so headlamp/torch is not very necessary.
