Welcome to the Bushey Heath Yoga Group! `

Dedicated to supporting each other in our journey of life through the practice of Iyengar Yoga. Pranayama Is included for those who choose to join as well.

Our group focuses on improving health, reducing stress, releasing tension, and promoting fun and healthy living.

Join us for a mixture of dynamic and relaxing sessions that enhance metabolism, energy, and overall physical well-being.

Workshops on specific aspects of the body, the knees, shoulders or lower back for example, enhances injury prevention and recovery.
The practises support and aid all your health conditions, whether it is long or short term.

If you are seeking injury rehabilitation, or relaxation, general fitness, suffering from loneliness, stress or just coping with life, our group provides a supportive and nurturing environment for all.
