Yoga is a way of connecting with yourself, your body and inner world, in company, with like minded people.

This class is an open and accepting space for you.
Your thoughts, injuries and difficulties are welcome as well.

Included in every session,
- Ohm chant - how to enhance the power of this universal sound
- Chant to Patanjali - a non religious, gratitude chant to honour the creation of the practise
- yoga asana - at least one hour of guided poses, we go slow at first, to correct, feel and understand the work
- support - with over 19 years experience in the Iyengar yoga, Lisa will use various practices and techniques to help you on your path, correctly.
- learning and sharing - educational moments to learn more about the “ how to do this’ in a non-harmful way, so suitable for those with injuries to rehabilitate.

We look for small gains, to move forwards and evolve each week.

It is a drop in class so you can come and go, regular attendees see the most progress, but we don’t mind newbies and will welcome you warmly even if you come along, just once.

You can try this for £5 anytime.
