Details

COVID-19 crisis is leaving already a deep mark on the world of work and business. What will be the impact on leadership, HR, strategy, teams, and on the employees as individuals? And what positive role does business agility play in such uncertainty?

Join us through our online meetup on Thursday (04.06) at 16:00 CET and discover practical next steps regarding 'The effects of remote working on agile teams'. We are aiming to discuss about psychological phases, sharing experiences, and creating value.

Topics

a) The psychological phases that teams go through right now - Marjolijn de Boer
b) Online Scrum teams; they seem to work well, but is that really true? - André Heijstek

Speakers

Marjolijn de Boer
Marjolijn is the founder and owner of The Human Factor. As an organizational psychologist she has been involved with high-performance organizations and teams for more than 10 years. She has developed a 6-step Power Plan, with which she activates and optimizes the talents and capabilities within organizations, teams, and individuals.

She will show you how you can keep your teams and colleagues healthy and performing during a crisis, and how you can focus on doing things differently when we will slowly return to work; higher team motivation, engagement, and productivity are the keywords here.

André Heijstek
André is an Agile Coach and Director of ValueMinds. He focuses on software development organizations since that is the domain that he knows and has experience in several roles (programmer, designer, project manager, line manager, quality manager, process improvement, agile, scrum, kanban).

Problem-solving is not something he does alone, he works together in teams, strongly prefers bottom-up style change programs. In software development, André learned to appreciate incremental and iterative development, built on the craftsmanship of the team, steer away from command and control style of management.
