He helps organizations to excel in business agility through advisory, research, and enablement. He has a wide range of experience in management of R&D and innovation trajectories with a passion for challenges and technology.

Christoph has a number of scientific contributions to international journals and conferences in the domains of project management, process improvement, and agile software development.
