Releasing Agility - From "HR" to "People and Culture"

Details

For the July 2022 meetup, we're very fortunate to have John Mullins share his journey in releasing Agility from a Human Capital, culture and organisational transformation perspective.

Business Agility values a holistic approach, embracing the values and principles traditionally employed in software development in the wider organisation, with appropriate shifts. The Human Capital, or People, aspect is a great example of a function within an organisation that touches all parts and so promises significant potential in the pursuit of Business Agility ideals.

John gladly shares his journey in impacting an organisation through the pursuit of these ideas. John is motivated by collaborating with others, doing something creative and trying to make a difference to those that need it. His entire career has been an adventure where he has favoured the pursuit of something innovative over the conventional. In short, John embraces change.
