Gerald is a husband, dad, coach, golfer, progressive thinker and an agile influencer. He is passionate about business analysis and the role agile thinking has played in improving the effectiveness of software delivery. As an agile coach, certified scrum master and product Owner, he has focused on increasing engagement and adopting agile practices within teams. Gerald has been involved in training, coaching and launching agile teams since 2012 while adding value in agile teams in various capacities. Gerald considers his greatest achievement to date, as being a dad and to know that he is "good enough"
