Twin-legacy hurdles in lean-agile transformations

Our upcoming meet-up hosted by 'BAM Bengaluru' is scheduled for August 21, 2021 (Saturday, 5pm to 6pm). The topic of discussion in this meet-up will be "Twin-legacy hurdles in lean-agile transformations".

This discussion is aimed to highlight two categories of impediments that any digital transformation initiative should expect to face: the people resistance to change and the technology obsolescence. A generic solution model will also be suggested in the discussion.

About the Speaker:

Michel has been recently directing lean-agile transformation for a leading payment provider and an international retailer. He is currently working as a consultant for businesstech customers through his company Drivetask. He is a regular lecturer for leading universities and engineering schools across Europe. Michel is passionate in triggering positive change and continuous improvement through technology-powered lean processes.
