Eckhart Böhme: Discovering What Moves Customers with AI-based Analytics

Details

Helping customers progress through their journey isn’t just good business—it’s the key to building lasting value and competitive advantage. But to truly optimize the customer journey, you need more than just data—you need deep, qualitative insights into the functional and emotional drivers of customer behavior.

Since 2019, the Wheel of Progress Framework has empowered researchers to decode customer stories into structured insights. Until now, this required extensive training and experience. But that’s changing.
In this session, Eckhart from unipro solutions will unveil how their AI-powered Companion has revolutionized customer journey analytics—turning interviews into actionable insights at the push of a button. From identifying what progress customers seek, to aggregating data across interviews, to generating highly personalized action plans from a single conversation—AI is now doing the heavy lifting.
