Klaus Bucka-Lassen has worked across three continents as a developer, architect, project manager, trainer, and agile coach since completing his computer science degree in 1996. Passionate about Scrum, he’s a Fellow Scrum Trainer by Scrum Inc. and has co-trained with Jeff Sutherland many times. Known for his radical candor and obsession with asking “Why?”, Klaus helps companies become truly agile. Outside of work, he enjoys flying planes, riding motorcycles, skiing, golfing, and globe-trotting adventures.
