About our Speaker
Bent Myllerup is a Fellow Coach with Better Change Consulting. He works as a management consultant, organisational change agent, and agile transformation coach with a particular focus on growing leadership and coaching capabilities within organisations.
His first paycheck as a software developer was earned in 1987, and since then, he has gained personal experience in various contexts: from junior developer to being on the board of directors, working in a range from garage start-ups to internationally well-recognised corporations. For the majority of his career, his responsibility has been leading and coaching people.
Bent extends agile approaches beyond software and has worked with Agile in embedded environments of software, firmware, electronics, and mechanics. He holds a bachelor's degree in electronic engineering and a master's degree in management development.
He is a Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC), Certified Scrum Trainer (CST), Path to CSP Educator, and Approved Agile Leadership Educator at Scrum Alliance. He also holds a certification as a systemic coach from the EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council) accredited training program and is an ICAgile Authorised Instructor. Finally, he is also a guide under the Agile Leadership Journey.

Gregory Keegan is an experienced Agile Coach and Trainer with 16 years of experience leading Agile transformations in many sectors. Gregory specializes in leadership coaching, team development, and organizational agility, having coached development teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners. Gregory is noted for his empathy, methodical expertise, and commitment to continuous improvement. He holds qualifications in Scrum Master, Product Owner, and Agile Leadership.
