Session 1 - Agile Evolved - Human Centric Agility
Speaker - Geof Ellingham (https://www.linkedin.com/in/geofellingham/)
When people talk about the focus of business agility, what are the things we hear most often?
- the customer?
- business value?
- responsiveness?
- speed?
I don't intend to claim that any of these is “wrong”. But I do want to suggest that it's a mistake to focus on any of these alone. In particular, I want to make the case for including a perspective that focuses on human beings at the heart of the system – the ones doing the work - and understands that all business goals and customer preferences are just different expressions of human needs and desires in action.

Session 2 - Organically Scaling Agile through Leadership
Speaker - Daniel Dina (https://www.linkedin.com/in/danieldina/)
As child growing up in my father always told me “Your experiences in life or work will decide and determine your persuasions, always surround yourself with good leaders and learn from them for life will not always afford you the luxury of such golden opportunities to grow”
I took this challenge and often asked “What makes a good leader?”
Truth is there is no easy answer, however we must take an inner look on the following:
- Clarity on what it means to lead in Scaling Agile versus Enterprise Agility
- Why Lean Agile Leadership should always be the top list of transformation initiatives?
- How leaders need to shift to Organically Scaling of Agile and Enterprise Agile

Session 3 - Business Agility and Simplicity, the art of the possible!
Speaker: Neil Walker (https://www.linkedin.com/in/neilawalker/)
The path to Business Agility is long and arduous, but it is the only way forward. For many though, it will prove to be a mission impossible.
Parkinson’s law stated that ‘work expands to fill the time allotted to it’. Author Edward de Bono suggested that “There should be a law of complexity which might go as follows: ‘Sufficient complexity will always be created to fill the need for complexity.’”
In a VUCA world we will always face complexity. But it seems that too many people are making things ever more complex, with very few people trying to make them simpler. But simplicity has real value. To your customers, your people, and you.
In this session, we will explore Simplicity in the context of Business Agility.
