Myth or Reality?
Are Agile Organisations embracing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion?

Agile is a mindset and way of working that allows teams to leverage their unique skills and deliver maximum value to customers in a fast and adaptive manner.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) encompasses the efforts any institution takes towards creating a welcoming and supportive environment for all their employees, and customers.

These two concepts go hand in hand.

Over the last 12 months the team at Business Agility Institute have undertaken an extensive research project looking at the relationship of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in Agile organizations

A number of findings will challenge our belief systems such as 17% of respondents directly witnessed exclusion and inequity inside agile organizations

Come and hear Deanna and Rakesh, 2 Lead researchers speak about the key findings and recommendations.
