Example Mapping - A collaborative approach to exploring user stories

Details
## Synopsis
With user stories come three aspects: Card, Conversation, and Confirmation. Most organisations get the card part right but struggle with conversation and confirmation. Example Mapping (EM) is a lightweight approach to having short, productive, and structured conversations around user stories - a useful tool for Business Analysts.
Developed by Matt Wynne, co-creator of the BDD cucumber framework, Example Mapping is a method for business stakeholders, developers, and testers to develop a common understanding of the user stories.
This lightweight method verifies the stories' readiness for development, explores gaps, and breaks stories into smaller parts. It can be incorporated into an agile methodology as part of three amigos, backlog refinement, planning poker, specification workshop, or discovery workshop.
This is a hands-on session where participants will be able to learn and use Example Mapping for structured conversation and address challenges in conversation and confirmation. Business Analysts will find this a value-add to stakeholder engagement and product delivery.
