Finding a common agile understanding to improve delivery outcomes.

Details
Description
You know Agile right? Great!
But do you think your team will all be able to give a common and consistent definition of what it is and more importantly, what it isn’t?
Does using tools like Jira make you Agile?
Or maybe doing this thing called Scrum? Surely that must make you Agile right?
The answer to both is no. Agile is about something else entirely, and should impact every part of an organisation – it’s not just something technology do!
This short session will give you a common language, a common definition and a common focus towards delivering outcomes for your customers.
