Are you an aspiring or early-stage business owner seeking meaningful connections, encouragement and support?

Starting and developing a business can be rewarding, but it can also present challenges, uncertainty and periods of isolation. Personal circumstances, responsibilities and setbacks can further affect confidence, motivation and progress.

Having access to a supportive community can make a meaningful difference, whether through practical guidance, shared experiences or encouragement.

Introducing The Sunday Catch-Up
The Sunday Catch-Up is a free, informal and supportive virtual gathering designed to provide a welcoming space for aspiring and early-stage business owners to connect, share experiences and support one another.

Participants are encouraged to celebrate personal and professional achievements, discuss challenges, share experiences, seek guidance and offer encouragement.

No formal presentations or business pitches. The focus is on meaningful conversations, mutual encouragement and community support.

Support Beyond the Session
Where challenges cannot be addressed within the group, the event host may, with the participant's permission, publish a LinkedIn post outlining their request for assistance.

Other participants may voluntarily repost the publication across their networks to help reach individuals who may be able to provide support.

Session Structure
11 am – 11:05 am: Arrival
11:05 am – 11:10 am: Welcome and introduction
11:10 am – 11:55 am: Individual contributions and community support
11:55 am – 12 am: Next steps and closing

Speaking time will be allocated fairly according to the number of participants present at 11:05 am.
