Show me the money: Tips & strategies for quantifying the impact of data work

The time has come to tackle a common discussion topic in our after-presentation-talks: justifying the ROI of Data Teams.

Data teams are in a position to add tremendous value to their organizations. And yet, many teams fail to deliver a positive return on investment, or they do, but don't get recognized for their hard work. As a result we're seeing layoffs, budget cuts, understaffed teams, external consultancies being hired for strategic initiatives.

On Thursday May 30th, Nick Zervoudis, Head of Product at CKDelta, will go over the importance of data teams demonstrating the value of their work, both retrospectively and for prioritizing new work. We'll go over the tactics to put €€€ against projects in order to highlight the value to the business, earn their trust, and elevate the data team as a strategic partner.
