Saturday Morning “Business of Art” Meetup

Hello everyone,

Thank you for joining this group. We will be having our long-awaited 1st meet-up on Saturday morning (5/21) from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm. The location is a cafe in Koreatown, Coffee MCO, which has open-air seating. There is a parking lot in the back and street parking is available.

For this meeting, we can talk about our journey as an artist and our future art goals such as showing our work in galleries, making a youtube channel, selling on art websites, making art hobby into a side hustle, etc. You're also welcome to share your portfolio with the group but it's optional. Also, constructive critiques are only given if the artist who requests them. I would like this group to be casual and fun but also have purpose and productive aspects to it. Generally, we want to socialize while working on our body of work, exchange collaborative ideas, and inform any useful art business knowledge. So bring your drawing materials to relax and hang out. Hope to see you there. Message me if you have any questions. By the way, if you're a photographer or digital artist you can bring your laptop or IPad to edit or create work.
