At this event, we are going to talk about the most important ingredient for your marketing, your sales, and your product roadmap.

It all starts with your customer personas. Who are they? Age? Gender? Where they shop? Where they get info? Where they live online? What their pain points are? Are they driven to purchase via an event? Are they aware of your product? Are their competitors they shop with?

By building a very comprehensive primary customer persona and secondary personas, you can increase your sales, determine your next product or service feature, and learn things that you could be selling to customers that you're not currently selling.

In this meetup, we'll hear from everyone about their product, and go through a little worksheet on customer personas and end with next steps for each business owner to build their personas.
