## Confidentiality & Compliance

• All members and partners must sign an NDA (via DocuSign/Adobe Sign) before participating in private sessions or accessing sensitive deal materials.
• KYC/AML checks are mandatory for all Investor and Founders Circle applicants.
• Membership is vetted by the Epiidosis Membership Committee to ensure credibility and alignment.
• We operate under the regulatory framework of Meydan Free Zone (License No. 2422472.01), obtaining all required approvals before facilitating financial or government-related activities.
• Data security & confidentiality are non-negotiable; sensitive materials are shared only in secure, access-controlled environments.

## Governance

• Annual renewal: Members undergo re-vetting and NDA renewal each year.

## Capability criteria for partners

When engaging a Media & Events Management Company:
Must-haves

• Proven track record with at least 5 high-level executive / investor events in Dubai or GCC.
• Existing corporate/government client base for targeted invitations.
• Robust NDA & data handling compliance processes.
• Full-service event production & on-site logistics capacity.
• References from past corporate / HNWI clients.

Nice-to-have

• PR & media amplification services (press, digital coverage, brand positioning).
• Ability to manage RSVPs on Meetup and export attendee lists for internal vetting.
• Experience with curated private dinners / VIP experiences.
• Access to sector-specific networks (finance, energy, tech, etc.).

Bonus

• Strong ties with government bodies / sovereign funds.
• Capability to support post-event content creation (videos, recaps, publications).
