Business Prototyping: Introduction

In this meetup, we will explore how to build "prototypes" of business models and market strategies using computational modeling and the Business Prototyping Toolkit (BPTK).

These prototypes allow you to explore and validate business ideas from strategic, operational, and financial perspectives.

In particular, you can experiment with:

• The policies for obtaining resources, building capabilities, and developing new products
• The dynamic interaction of the business with the market
• The conditions in both product and factor markets.

Learn how to get both qualitative and quantitative answers to the question "Is our business model valid?", expressed in key performance indicators relevant to your business.

This meetup will be the first in a series of meetups on business prototyping.

In this session, we will first discuss the business prototyping approach. Then we will take a look at a concrete model that you can use as a starting point for your own prototyping endeavors.
