How to make business models and earning models (Module I)

During this training module you will learn more about business models: how to apply the business model CANVAS method, business model examples, identifying business models, know the difference between business models and revenue models and creating business models (in groups).

The training consists of two modules and in addition we offer a 1 semi-consult to explore your specific business model on a individual basis. You can follow this whole training on two weekday evenings or both modules on a Saturday daytime (25th of February, 11th of March and 1st of April). In addition, you are free to choose to follow a limited number of training modules. Which means that you are not required to follow the whole training like in case you already master certain modules of the training. Module II is scheduled on the 9th of March and 13th of April.
