How to Break Free from Overthinking & People-Pleasing
Hosted by Aurore Prefumo
This free live webinar is designed for individuals who feel caught in cycles of overthinking, people-pleasing, difficulty setting boundaries, or putting others’ needs ahead of their own — often at the expense of confidence, clarity, and emotional wellbeing.
Many people develop these patterns early in life as coping or survival strategies. While they may once have felt protective, over time they can contribute to stress, self-doubt, emotional exhaustion, and difficulty feeling grounded or self-directed.
In this session, Aurore will explore how subconscious patterns, stress responses, and emotional conditioning can influence behaviours such as overthinking, self-silencing, and people-pleasing.
The focus is on understanding these patterns and introducing supportive mind–body approaches that may help increase self-awareness, emotional regulation, and a sense of inner safety.
What the session will cover:
- Common emotional and psychological patterns linked to overthinking and people-pleasing
- Why boundary-setting can feel uncomfortable or challenging for many people
- How stress and subconscious beliefs can influence confidence and self-expression
- An introduction to therapeutic approaches that focus on emotional awareness and regulation
- A short, optional guided relaxation or visualization exercise
This session is educational and supportive in nature. It does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment, and no specific outcomes are guaranteed.
Participation is voluntary, and attendees are encouraged to engage at their own comfort level.
The intention is to help participants feel more informed, self-aware, and supported as they explore healthier patterns of relating to themselves and others.
