About the Speaker:
Rajeev Vashista is a BE(Hons), MBA, PMP-certified professional with Six Sigma credentials and a deep commitment to quality. He has worked with leading organizations including HCL, Daewoo Motors, Corning (US), GE, and EY. Under his leadership, DTC and DMRC successfully launched the Common Mobility Card, enabling DMRC metro access via handheld ticketing in DTC buses.
Drawn to psychology early in life, Rajeev is inspired by thinkers like Carl Jung, Milton Erickson, and Virginia Satir. He is trained in Hypnotherapy, CBT, ACT, IPSRT, and SFBT, and conducts individual sessions for senior leaders across Fortune 500 companies. His work on frictionless employee experience has impacted institutions such as DTC, UP Police, EY, UPSRTC, and Galaxy Shoes.
He currently offers sessions to clients across Australia, Thailand, the Philippines, Suriname, South Africa, and the US—addressing conditions like ADHD, PTSD, schizophrenia, depression, and anxiety with an integrative, humanistic approach.
As an author, he has published five books under the pseudonym James Kult, blending psychological insight with creative depth.
