Button Mash Game Bash (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wmP93qZ6nlo) returns to the Mountain View Community Center February 28! BMGB is a celebration of the Button Mash experience and the local video games community. If you haven't attended a club event yet, then this is certainly the one to check out... especially since it comes the weekend before GDC and PAX East!

Join 100+ of us Button Mashers, as we enjoy our favorite games, scream at intense tournament action, and take home snazzy prizes from SBBM and our mashtastic sponsors & contributors.

This is a free event. With your support, we can make this an unforgettable experience for everyone! Show your support for SBBM by contributing to our events fund (https://secure.meetup.com/ButtonMashers/contribute/). These donations go directly to the costs of maintaining our equipment, providing prizes for giveaways and tournaments, and securing venues like the community center for future events.

Raffles! Members who donate $5+ through the Meetup contributions site (https://secure.meetup.com/ButtonMashers/contribute/) (we cannot accept cash donations on site!) during the event will receive entry into the exclusive donators raffle! This raffle has its own super special prizes, including the grand prize of a BRAND NEW 3DSXL (yes, the new one!) and others prizes exclusively for members who donated during this event! Donations of $10 or more will earn 3 tickets, donations of $20 or more will earn a whopping 7 tickets! All donators will also get a special shoutout at the event and on social media. Your support means thiiiiiiiis much to us!

All event attendees will receive one “free raffle” ticket upon entry. We have some sweet prize packs to give out for that.

Tournaments: Signups available now until the day of the event on a “first come, first serve” basis. Signing up is the only way to guarantee your spot, and signing up ahead of time online is far easier than signing up at the event. Winners will be rewarded handsomely! Entry is free.

Food: Mamacitas food truck (http://www.yelp.com/biz/mamacitas-mountain-view) will be set up outside of the community center to satisfy your cravings for delicious tacos, burritos, and more!

Parking: The Community Center has a parking lot behind it with plenty of parking. If those spots fill up, you'll find parking along Crisanto and other nearby streets.

Guests: You can RSVP +1. If you have more than 1 guest, please have that person RSVP separately by registering for SBBM on Meetup.

Anyone who shows up who is not a registered Button Masher (on Meetup) or is not a member’s +1 must register for the club at http://meetup.com/buttonmashers before attending the Game Bash.

Minors (Button Mashers under 18 years old): If a minor attends the event unaccompanied by an adult, he/she must bring a signed Parental Consent waiver. To obtain one, please contact us (southbaybuttonmashers@gmail.com); forms will also be available at the event check-in table.

We're looking for Event Volunteers!

We're looking for enthusiastic Button Mashers to help us out at the Game Bash! We primarily would like Event Volunteers to help us run the different console freeplay requests, and we need some assistance with tournament signups, organizing contest participants, and other “runner” requests.
